Welcome

Bluebell Kitchens has been the standard for quality and innovation in kitchen design
since 1985. Over time the company has expanded, skillfully designing beautiful
bathrooms as well as other interior spaces. Bluebell Kitchens creates classic designs
that span the spectrum from traditional to modern, and complement both period
and newly constructed homes. The success of our business can be attributed to
the friendly staff of talented designers as well as the attention that is paid to every
detail.

Many of our projects are done in collaboration with the area's leading residential
architects and builders. We cover the Main Line, Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery
Counties, as well as the Mid-Atlantic region. Bluebell Kitchens streamlines the
design process with a comprehensive understanding of various design programs,
which allows for a strong dialogue among design professionals and in turn provides
the client with the best possible product.

Peter Cardamone Principal Designer

Peter Cardamone

Peter Cardamone is the creative engine that runs BBK. He meets with every client and designs each project with the support of his design team.  Peter has a degree in fine art from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. While attending school, he served an apprenticeship with Philadelphia cabinetmaker Will Hamid, and it was there that he developed his love for woodworking.  He further honed his craft with furniture designer Virgil Procaccino. Working with this firm, Peter fine-tuned his design skills on retail and restaurant projects in Philadelphia and New York. He later worked to develop Procaccino’s national line of contract office furniture.

Peter began his kitchen design career with the Kennebec Company of Bath,  Maine.  His ability to visualize space and his talent for design brought him to national attention. His awards include the Sub Zero Design Competition and Best Traditional Kitchen, Colonial Homes Magazine. His works have been featured in most of the major design magazines, from Architectural Digest to Traditional Home. Peter is also featured in Tauton Press’  “Kitchen Idea Book.” Currently Mr. Cardamone sits on the design advisory board of several National Cabinet manufacturers, developing new products and mapping new design trends. He resides in Ambler, Pa with his family.

Michael Dugas Designer

Michael Dugas

Seeking a more creative field than the financial career he was in, Michael returned to college and earned a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Salem College in North Carolina. He then joined the top kitchen and bath design firm in Winston-Salem before relocating to Springfield, Delaware County, and finding a home with Bluebell Kitchens. He is an allied member of ASID and holds a certificate in design from the National Kitchen & Bath Association.
