Peter Cardamone Principal Designer
Peter Cardamone is the creative engine that runs BBK. He meets with every client and designs each project with the support of his design team. Peter has a degree in fine art from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia. While attending school, he served an apprenticeship with Philadelphia cabinetmaker Will Hamid, and it was there that he developed his love for woodworking. He further honed his craft with furniture designer Virgil Procaccino. Working with this firm, Peter fine-tuned his design skills on retail and restaurant projects in Philadelphia and New York. He later worked to develop Procaccino’s national line of contract office furniture.
Peter began his kitchen design career with the Kennebec Company of Bath, Maine. His ability to visualize space and his talent for design brought him to national attention. His awards include the Sub Zero Design Competition and Best Traditional Kitchen, Colonial Homes Magazine. His works have been featured in most of the major design magazines, from Architectural Digest to Traditional Home. Peter is also featured in Tauton Press’ “Kitchen Idea Book.” Currently Mr. Cardamone sits on the design advisory board of several National Cabinet manufacturers, developing new products and mapping new design trends. He resides in Ambler, Pa with his family.

Lori works with clients to develop designs, details and product selections, pricing estimates and contracts, and with manufacturers and other vendors and contractors throughout the building and finishing process. Using her well-honed skills, she helps her clients create a space that meets all their goals and uniquely represents their dreams.
Michael Dugas Designer
Seeking a more creative field than the financial career he was in, Michael returned to college and earned a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Salem College in North Carolina. He then joined the top kitchen and bath design firm in Winston-Salem before relocating to Springfield, Delaware County, and finding a home with Bluebell Kitchens. With a background in renovating and flipping houses, he’s able to offer a unique perspective on which upgrades improve a home’s resale value while increasing the comfort of those living in it. Michael enjoys “meeting new clients, listening to their vision and exploring the possibilities with them. My goal is for them to be happy in their new space and satisfied with the choices they’ve made, not regretful or second-guessing their decisions.” Proficient in AutoCAD® and SketchUp® software programs, Michael helps develop client projects, select finishes, build estimates and draw up contracts. He is an allied member of ASID and holds a certificate in design from the National Kitchen & Bath Association.
